Meet Dr. Desantiago – 5-Star Dentist in Oro Valley AZ

Dr. Gabriela Desantiago was raised in Lincoln, California, a small town just outside Sacramento, and spent most of her life in the Golden state. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery training from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. After graduating, Dr. Desantiago was driven to enhance her clinical skills through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Arizona’s School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, AZ.

During her time in Mesa, she met her fiancé, Erik. Their professional lives brought the couple to Denver, Colorado for a few snowy years. Cold weather prompted them to look south for the next move, where they now happily call Tucson home. Since moving, they’ve added a playful mini Aussiedoodle named Pancake to their family. Outside the office, Dr. Desantiago enjoys staying active at the gym, traveling, reading romance and mystery novels, and is enthusiastic to plan a destination wedding.

Dr. Desantiago is honored to become a part of the community and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients. She strives to create a positive dental experience for all. She is passionate about making each patient feel comfortable and welcomed, while delivering gentle, personalized dental care.
